Fried chickpeas with harissa, preserved lemon and chopped up kale. It's garnished (overloaded) with fetta and parsley. Kale, parsley and lemons have done extremely well in our garden this year!
I'd like to introduce you to Bunny, Tina and Dingaling. It was incredibly hard to get them to stand still but I managed to get some good poses out of Tina (the black hen).
